Lead Laser Tag Operator

Start Date: December 2023- March 2024

End Date: This is an ongoing position.

Hours per week: Flexible and seasonally affected. Up to 40 in the peak season (Late May - Early September), with as few as 15 in the off-season (September - April).

Compensation: $17-$19 per hour, based on experience.

Primary responsibilities: The Lead Laser Tag Operator (LLTO) assists the Laser Tag and Axe Throwing manager in the routine operations of the High Trek Laser Tag program. This includes maintenance of laser tag equipment and battlefield, troubleshooting problems that arise, coaching other Laser Tag Operators, and assisting with complex customer concerns that arise from the laser tag area.

Seasonal Adventure Tech

Start Date: March 2024- July 2024, based on applicant availability.

End Date: August 2024- October 2024, based on applicant availability.

Hours per week: Flexible and seasonally affected. Up to 40 in the peak season (Late May - Early September), with as few as 8 in the shoulder-seasons (March - May and September -October).

Compensation: $16-$19 per hour, based on experience.

Primary responsibilities: Ensure a positive and safe experience for all guests at High Trek by, (1) following local operation procedures, (2) creating a welcoming environment for guests, (3) practicing positive customer experience, consistent self-growth, and fun!

Seasonal Youth Camp Staff

Start Date: June 1, 2024(As early as April for staff willing to cross train)

End Date: August 17, 2024(As late as October 31 for staff willing to cross train)

Hours per week: Flexible and seasonally affected. 27 hour during camp sessions (June 26 - August 16) & up to 40 hours per week for cross trained staff. Variable, 0-24 for cross trained staff in the shoulder-seasons (March - May and September -October).

Compensation: $16-$19 per hour, based on experience.

Primary responsibilities: Ensure a positive and safe experience for all campers at High Trek by, (1) following local operation procedures; (2) supporting the social, emotional, and physical growth of camper; (3) planning and leading activities for campers; (4) following the daily schedule with promptness and accuracy; (5) communicating concerns with camp leadership; and (6) practicing positive customer experience, consistent self-growth, and fun!
