COVID-19 Safety Policy

We are operating our business to give families an opportunity to get outside safely. We have seen firsthand how hard it is to social distance, especially with the improving weather. At High Trek Adventures we have implemented some new policies and procedures to ensure your safety and health are our top priorities. Anyone that is not social distancing will be asked to leave the park without a refund. This will be strictly enforced. Safety must come first, with enjoyment a close second! We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.


We will be limiting the number of guests to about a third of our normal capacity. Reservations must be made online and in advance. Our online waiver must be completed at home or using your mobile device. We will not have any computers onsite available for you to complete the waivers. This will permit us to be OUTDOORS ONLY. We will have an outdoor checkin station for you to verbally checkin at a safe distance.


Each guest will be asked the following 5 questions:
   1) Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the past 14 days?
   2) Have you had a fever or felt feverish in the last 72 hours?
   3) Are you experiencing any new respiratory symptoms including a runny nose, sore throat, cough, or shortness of breath?
   4) Are you experiencing any new muscle aches or chills?
   5) Have you experienced any new change in your sense of taste or smell?
If the answer is yes to any questions the guest will be prohibited from participating, and granted a full refund. Staff will continue to monitor guests for these symptoms throughout the entirety of their visit.


With 50 platforms in the air, all sitting 20+ feet apart, our course provides a natural way to distance. While we will still allow 3 people on a platform if those participants are part of the same household, strangers are asked to wait on the preceding platform until the path and next platform is completely clear. We are preparing designated areas for households to gear up apart from any other groups.  


We just received a new shipment of washable gloves. Provided gloves will be used onece a day and washed/sanatized at the end of the day. We will also have new pairs of gloves available for purchase as an addon when you are placing your order. Equipment will be disinfected after each use. Hand sanitizer stations will be set up throughout the park as well as we have a handwashing station available at the park. High Trek Adventures staff will be wearing masks and Personal Protection Equipment when harnessing and interacting with guests in close contact, and will have appropriate PPE at all times.


If you have a mask available to you, please come with a mask to be worn at check-in and during harnessing. If you don't have a mask we will do our best while supplies last to provide ticketed participants a mask. Masks will be optional while participating on the ropes course, but we ask that you keep the mask on your person at all times. Our new safety policies will be strictly enforced and anyone that is not complying will be asked to leave the park without a refund. Safety must come first, with enjoyment a close second! We ask all customers who plan on participating plan accordingly and be prepared for your outdoor experience.  Our restrooms will be closed for general access and only available for emergencies, so make sure your household uses the bathroom before you come to the park.  Since our office will be closed to the public we will not have snacks or beverages available for purchase, so please come prepared with your own snacks and water.
