Opening April 2017 - High Trek Aerial Adventures @ Paine Field Community Park is currently seeking eligible applicants for the position of Customer Care Representative (a.k.a. Air Care Reps). This position requires outgoing, adventurous, and safety conscious individuals. Air Care Reps are responsible for communicating with and overseeing guests during their experience while on the Ropes Course to ensure an unforgettable and safe adventure. They will go above and beyond to encourage and inspire customers to overcome challenges. This is an active outdoor position that not only involves engaging with guests for safety and guidance, but also daily course inspections. Air Care Reps enjoy helping people, love the outdoors and the thrill of working at heights.
Position: Customer Care Representative - Course Practioner
Each Air Care Rep is required to work in a fast-paced, physical, social, professional and team oriented work environment. The majority of the work is conducted in climates from 40 degrees Fahrenheit to 90 degrees Fahrenheit, in the wind, rain and sun.
This position can require full time (30-40 hours a week) during the high season (Late Spring & Summer) and abbreviated hours during the shoulder seasons. When we launch in April most of the positions will be part time and shifts will be well suited for college students who have morning classes.
Hours of employment are dependent on business demands. There are opportunities for special events and we are also looking to train some staff members that are looking for more flexible hours and more on demand scheduling opportunities. You let us know when you are available to work and we will try to schedule events around your schedule.
Training will be required. We will work with candidates to try to find training schedule that will accomodate the most people. Training will be 4-5 days and you will earn your Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) - Level I Practioner Certification.
