Group/Party Booking Policies
All Party, Youth, Scout, and Team Building events must be reserved by email or phone. Before contacting us, please create an account on our site by completing the online waiver form in the lower left hand corner of any screen (no scrolling necessary). Events may be cancelled outside of 2 weeks for a 10% fee (based on the total estimated event pricing). If an event is cancelled outside of week, there is a 25% cancellation fee. If the event is cancelled inside of one week, the deposit is non-refundable. We do have a “Rain Check” policy where events may be rescheduled outside of the 48 hour window due to inclement weather but the event must take place within 2 weeks of the original scheduled event and is subject to availability. If the event is not rescheduled, then the deposit is forfeited. Please make sure you arrive 1 hour before your reservation time slot to allow time for check-in, gear-up, and flight school.
Licensed foster parents and the members of their families. Be prepared to provide your Foster ID Card or State Certificate.
Boy & Girl Scouts
Wear your uniform and you and your party will receive a discount. Also see special Scouting Event Packages.
Active Duty & Veterans
Must present valid Military ID or State ID listing "veteran status".
Bring your ticket from a visit to Flying Heritage Collection, Historic Flight Foundation, or Museum of Flight Restoration.
